How to use
We will guide you on four different ways to utilize Prillian First Essence.
1. Like a Toner:
After cleansing and refining your skin texture, apply an adequate amount of the essence to a cotton pad. Gently wipe the face from the inside out along the skin texture. Pat lightly to aid absorption.
2. 3-Skin Method:
When feeling dry, utilize the 3-Skin Method by layering the essence multiple times. Dispense an appropriate amount and apply to the skin, repeating this step 2-3 times. Wrap the face to enhance absorption, repeating the process until a moisturizing sensation is felt.
3. Skin Pack:
For skin soothing, store a well-soaked cotton pad in the freezer for 1-2 minutes. Apply the chilled pad to the desired area for approximately 1-2 minutes.
4. Like a Mist:
Instead of carrying the main product, transfer a small amount to a mist spray bottle. Spray onto the face as needed for instant skin soothing or hydration, especially when on the go.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied when you buy our products online. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you can return them in compliance with the return conditions below:
The buyer may return a product within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good – if the Buyer orders through a single order multiple products that will be delivered separately
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or piece – in case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces
General conditions for returning products:
- The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
- The return is made with the initial labels intact, the original invoice and all the documents with which the product was delivered.
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories / gifts with which it was delivered.
- If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
- Products on which unauthorized interventions have been made, those showing signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chipping, blows, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that lack accessories are not accepted.
- Any return must be preceded by a notification of the intention to return. The renunciation of purchased products is made only after an institution by e-mail, at the vanzari@cosmetikorean.com, or by filling in the return form.
- The return of the value of the products purchased on the www.cosmetikorean.com will be made, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product / products, by bank transfer, to the bank account specified by the customer.
- The costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer.
